1. Nature of Products

All furniture pieces are custom-made and crafted by hand. Variations in wood grain, texture, color, and minor details are natural and part of the uniqueness of each piece.

2. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed once 40% of the total price has been paid as a downpayment. Production will only begin after payment confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment must be settled before or during the delivery date unless otherwise agreed.

4. Production Timeline

Estimated production time is 6–12 weeks, depending on design complexity and order volume. Delays due to weather, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances may occur, but we will keep you informed.

5. Design Expectations

For customized or inspired designs, we do our best to match the requested style. However, exact replication is not guaranteed due to differences in craftsmanship, materials, and construction methods.

6. Delivery Policy

Delivery schedules are arranged after production completion. Delays may occur due to weather conditions or logistical challenges, especially for long-distance deliveries.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Downpayments are non-refundable once production has started. Cancellations prior to production may be subject to a processing fee.

8. Product Care & Warranty

We ensure quality craftsmanship before delivery. Our products come with a 60-day warranty covering issues due to natural causes or workmanship. Damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
