At RAXX Furniture, each piece is carefully handcrafted and made to order. Because of this, our return and refund policy is structured to ensure fairness for both our clients and our artisans.

1. Custom-Made Items

All items are custom-built, therefore:

Returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect choice, or subjective preferences (e.g., color, texture, or design expectations).

Slight variations in finish, wood grain, and dimensions are natural and not considered defects.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with significant damage or manufacturing defects:

Please notify us within 48 hours upon delivery

Provide clear photos and videos for assessment

Once validated, we will:

Repair the item, or

Offer a replacement (if necessary and feasible)

3. Order Cancellations

Before production starts: Cancellation may be allowed, but the down payment may be partially non-refundable to cover initial costs.

After production starts: Orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds (if approved) will only apply in cases where:

The order cannot be fulfilled due to internal issues, or

A resolution (repair/replacement) is not possible

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Delivery Issues

Delays caused by weather, logistics, or unforeseen events do not qualify for refunds but will be properly communicated.

6. Warranty Policy

All products are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies only to:

Manufacturing defects

Issues caused by natural behavior of materials (e.g., wood movement, minor structural adjustments)

This does not cover:

Damages caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or neglect

Normal wear and tear over time

Modifications or repairs done by the client or third parties

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring correct order details before confirmation

Providing accurate delivery information

Proper handling and maintenance after delivery
